Refund and Returns Policy

At FRANUNIE, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds according to the following guidelines.

1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Some products, such as personalized items, clearance items, or gift cards, may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@franunie.com or call us at 310-822-5190. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return steps and provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received a gift card as part of your purchase, the refund will be credited to your FRANUNIE account.

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order on our website. Exchanges cannot be processed directly.

6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@franunie.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please retain all packaging materials for returns of damaged goods.

7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Sale items or clearance products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

8. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Final sale items
